The report iscompletely configurable for almost any type of building you canthink of. aQuick and Easy Check Boxes
Double click on a checkbox and a check mark will appear in the box. Right click on acheck box and an "X" will appear in the box. To clear acheck mark or X mark from a checkbox, either double click on itor right click on it and mark will be removed.
Insert Photos
Double click on a photo box to bring up a "browse" window. Double click on the photo file and it will automatically beinserted, sized and aligned for you.
Click on a buttonlocated at the bottom of each and insert a black arrow, redarrow, or red circle on your photo to highlight defects. The entire process to insert a photo, and place all threeelements (a red arrow, a black arrow, and a red circle) on itcan be accomplished in a mere 10 seconds!
Comments Library
The most powerfulfeature of the Report is its built-in fully editable library ofmore than 6,000 pre-defined comments and field descriptors. Every descriptor and every comments field in the report containsa drop down box of predefined descriptions and comments. Literally tens of millions of combinations are available.
If by some chance youdon't find a comment from among the thousands available, you canpermanently add your custom comments and descriptors to thelibrary. The Comments Library is expandable to nearly20,000 comments and descriptors! You can also typedirectly into a comment or descriptor field without permanentlyadding it to the Library.
Brand Names
Many inspectors include brand names of major appliances,HVAC, and Electrical equipment. The comments libraryincludes more than 200 common brand names, Trade Names, andmanufacturers. And, like all sections of the CommentsLibrary, you can continue to expand the number of itemslisted by name.
Spell Check
One of the most requested features we have had with our olderreporting system is the ability to do spell checking on commentsfields and the summary page. You now have the ability to runspell check on every page of the report. Of course, youmay not ever need it because you can complete a report almostwithout ever having to touch the keyboard.
Printing
Because thisreport is so highly configurable, the chances of any twoinspectors having exactly the same report are almost zero. Of the 20 pages of the basic report, some inspectors mayconfigure the report to only be 8-10 pages, some may useevery one of the 22 pages of the report. We haveprovided you with a quick and easy way to select and printonly the pages you need.
You can print anypage from a button on that page or you can click on a buttonon the first page that gives you a menu of available pagesto print. Simply click on the circlenext to each page and press print. All the pages youneed and only the pages you need will print. Anycombination of pages can be selected and sent to the printerin about 5 seconds.
