New Auto-summary
Previously only available in high-end inspection report software, Titanium Edition now includes the Total Control Summary generator. Tag a comment for inclusion in the Summary and TCS will take you to the Summary page where you select exactly where you want the comment to appear. All you do is click a the OK button and your comment will be in the Summary. You will instantly return to where you were working. No other Auto-summary gives you the power and flexibility of Titanium Edition's TCS Auto-summary feature.
New Omission Guard
Missing something on an inspection is one of the biggest fears of most inspectors. Three out of four inspectors go home or to the office to complete their reports. The main reason cited for not doing inspection reports on-site is a fear of missing something. Titanium Edition's Omission Guard makes it almost impossible to miss anything. Every comment field is highlighted in RED until a check box indicating "Inspected", "Not inspected" or "Not present" is checked. That's not all. If you accidentally check two conflicting checkboxes such as "Inspected" and "Not inspected", the comment field for that item will also be highlighted in RED.
Omission Guard also fills any fields marked as "Not present" with light gray shading making it easier for you to complete the report and easier for the the home buyer to read it.
New Rapid Page Fill
There are times when you inspect a room or a system and everything is OK, there are no defects or deficiencies to report. There may be times when an entire system is not present. In such cases, you want to be able to complete the page related to that system or room as quickly as possible.
Titanium Edition's new Rapid Page Fill allows you to check all check boxes in a column with a single click of the mouse. Click the Rapid Fill checkbox once to place a checkmark in all checkboxes, click it a second time and it will fill all the boxes with an X, click it again to clear all the checkboxes.
New Checkbox Maker
Checkbox Maker instantly creates custom labeled checkboxes that you can place almost anywhere. You can add custom checkboxes to your master report template, any of your custom report templates or create checkboxes on the fly for individual reports. Checkboxes can be used to identify items within a category or attributes of an item.
Custom checkboxes can give your report a more organized and professional appearance when used to detail and highlight special or unusual room or system attributes. All this is possible with a single mouse click on the XL Pro Command Bar.
New Windows Vista and Office 2007 Ready
Most new PCs sold at the big box retailers such as Best Buy, Office Depot, Staples, and so on are only being sold with Microsoft Windows Vista and the only versions of Microsoft Office they are selling are the 2007 Editions. Even so, a lot of software does not run properly or may not work at all with Vista and Office 2007.

New Improved Navigation
With so many sheets to select from to build your report, you need a way to quickly view and navigate to pages in the report. iNACHI Reporter's new navigation system gives you two method's in which to navigate to pages. You still have the traditional line-up of page names at the bottom of the screen in the order that you have them arranged (to follow the sequence of your inspections). Now you have a second, lightning fast, alphabetically arranged drop down menu of page names that allow you to jump directly to any page in the report.
Another new navigation tool is the "Home" button on the XL Pro Command Bar. There are times when you are working on a report that you want to jump to the beginning of the report. The Home button instantly takes you directly to the report's cover page.

Double click on a checkbox and a check mark will appear in the box. Right click on a check box and an "X" will appear in the box. To clear a check mark or X mark from a checkbox, either double click on it or right click on it and mark will be removed.
Insert Photos Easiest and fastest in the industry
Double click on a photo box to bring up a "browse" window. Double click on the photo file and it will automatically be inserted, sized and aligned for you.
Click on a button located at the bottom of each and insert a black arrow, red arrow, red circle, or text box on your photo to highlight defects. The entire process to insert a photo, and place all four elements (a red arrow, a black arrow, a red circle, and a text box) on it can be accomplished in a mere 10 seconds!
Auto Summary Page A feature usually only found in reports costing hundreds more
Each major section of the report has comments sections where you can place comments that will appear both on the subject page and on the Auto-Summary Page. In addition to the Auto-Summary Page, there are two additional Summary Page options, including one that allows you to mix a narrative summary with photos on the same page.
Brand Names More than 200 popular equipment manufacturers
Many inspectors include brand names of major appliances, HVAC, and Electrical equipment. The comments library includes more than 200 common brand names, Trade Names, and manufacturers. And, like all sections of the Comments Library, you can continue to expand the number of items listed by name.
Spell Check A single word or an entire page
One of the most requested features we have had with our older reporting system is the ability to do spell checking on comments fields and the summary page. You now have the ability to run spell check on every page of the report. Of course, you may not ever need it because you can complete a report almost without ever having to touch the keyboard.
